Harish has over 33 years of industry experience which spans mentoring startups into full-blown businesses, building consulting practices, training teams, and productising solutions across industry sectors like Steel, Paper, CPG, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Construction, Ports, Aerospace & Defence.
He has wide-ranging experience of turning an idea into an industry. During his career, he has served various industry houses across India, South & East Asian, and African countries extensively.
His current focus areas include identifying the right talent and onboarding, continuously fine-tuning processes and procedures for right services to customers and employee contentment, fortifying statutory & legal compliance processes, and mentoring in strategic decision making.
Before being part of SAVIC, he worked for many MNCs and Indian startup-to-stardom companies in various SAP consulting roles. Prior to SAP consulting, he worked for Indian Railways' prestigious and first coach manufacturing unit — Integral Coach Factory, Chennai.
He is an engineer through and through — from schooling, diploma, and graduate mechanical engineering to honours as a member of the Institution of Engineers (India). He is an active participant in sports, games, and ancient philosophy programmes.
His tenure at Integral Coach Factory, Chennai highlights his grounding in practical engineering applications, providing a solid foundation for his later career in consultancy and leadership roles.
