As part of delivering good customer service, a business must make sure its plans and policies are current, timely, and considerate of its customers. Your core business will remain healthy if you maintain strong relationships with your customers. Listening to the needs of customers is one of the simplest ways to provide excellent service . Staying in touch with them is crucial to maintaining these connections. Most businesses focus their efforts on attracting potential customers, winning their trust, and closing the sale. By giving your customers good customer service and allowing them to get the most from the purchase and feel like they got a fair price. That approach may seem obvious. A vital part of the post-sale follow up process often goes unnoticed, especially for online businesses . After a sale, we should look at it as an opportunity not only to improve our products, but also to build long-lasting customer relationship . Maintaining relationships with existing customers requires a much greater effort than gaining new customers.

However, retaining current customers is just as important as gaining new ones, and I would even go as far as to say, it's even more important. How can we make our existing customers feel appreciated? Make sure you follow up with them. You may follow up with a customer by sending an e-mail or writing a phone call a few weeks after the sale . Every time a customer buys at SAVIC. I make it my personal goal to contact them within 2-3 weeks after the sale.


Is this a time-consuming process? Yes, it certainly does. Is it worth the effort? Absolutely!. The benefit of doing this is not only to get good customer feedback to improve our software, but also to build a stronger relationship that extends beyond the point of sale . Most people were surprised and moved by the amount of time I took to talk with them. Also surprised at how rare it is for online businesses to follow up with their customers. My efforts have typically been met with the following comments:

”I really appreciate the personal touch”

"Huh, I've never experienced customer support quite like this before."

People don't like being ignored, and they definitely like being heard. Several businesses have ignored their customers and are losing them as a result. Customer loyalty is key to your success. The heart and soul of any business is its current customer base. Customer loyalty and word-of-mouth marketing are essential for growth, at a level that clever advertisements and marketing never could. Make your customers feel like family. Be sure to communicate with them frequently. When you treat them poorly, they will go elsewhere. Customer service is a priority at SAVIC. We go the extra mile to satisfy our customers in making sure a customer is happy and satisfied with a company's products or services .
